Still a developer.
Always a curious human.

I started as a developer and I still think like one. Along the way I worked with some of the largest companies in finance and telecommunications, on projects such as modern mobile banking systems and group insurance platforms. In recent years my attention has been on Angular and AI-driven technologies.

Somewhere between the code reviews and the deadlines I discovered how much we can learn simply by bringing the right people into the same conversation. That idea grew into the Angular Warsaw and Angular Krakow meetups, then into NG Poland, the largest Angular conference in Europe, JS Poland and, most recently, AI Poland.

The podcasts came from the same place. Angular Master, JavaScript Master and AI Master are conversations in English with the people shaping those ecosystems. The Dariusz Kalbarczyk Podcast is a Polish series with guests who achieved something remarkable in science, technology and business.

I wrote two books published by Helion: AngularJS: Pierwsze kroki (AngularJS: First Steps) and Programista na rozmowie kwalifikacyjnej (The Programmer at a Job Interview). I still believe in the same thing they were about: lifelong learning and sharing what you know.

“New skills. New mindset.
A new paradigm.”
